Basic steps to take when starting a construction project

Preparation of the construction site

  • Installation of heating, ventilation and cooling

Punch List

Warranty period

When the business is completed and handed over to the owner, the project worker will indicate the warranty period. During this time, the responsible supplier is obliged to repair or replace any built-in defects. Manufacturers and suppliers provide warranties on appliances and materials.
